Don't know how they provide it free, but you sign up with your email,
and a credit card, and you can zip money to folks in a heart beat.
There is not cost for this, yet. I suspect many users maintain a balance
in their paypal account, and paypal uses this cash to earn money
elsewhere (which is exactly what banks do).
You can also tie in a checking account and have funds automatically
transfered to the account, or tap it account instead of the credit card.
I've used it for eBay purchases and had my items in 2-3 days from close
of auction. Nice.
