Of course, the guy is selling pirated software. This is the
kind you can get even cheaper if you search on
www.astalavista.com and other search engines dedicated to cheat.
Virtually any program can be found in Hong Kong, Shanghai,
Singapore and Jiddah. A CD only costs 16 cents nowadays, so
burning a hundred copies of something and selling them at $20 is
a nice profit. Don't expect support, however. Someday you might
find the police at your door too.
