to scraps of wood. Biggest problem I have now is trying to setup the
part on the Sherline. I run out of room! I'm trying to use the mill
vise, and had to turn the part to match the x axis (must be a rule
there).
With G41/G42 off and removed, I can cut the contour and bore the big
hole. I found my stash of end-mills from about 10 years ago, thanks to
an old friend at NASA. Even two ball-end mills.
