For Red Hat 6.2 the installation guide indicates it requires
somewhere between 700MB and 1.7GB of disk space. I
think a 720MB disk would be pushing it. Red Hat 5.2 may
be different but I'd suspect it's about the same.

Don't know about the other equipment. Check the Red Hat
web page for compatibility.
