Hello Lee,
Welcome aboard the CAD_CAM list. I think you will enjoy your time here with
us.
I asked Lee to post an intro to the group so that I would not be the only
one on the list that has bought a 4 ton machine on e-bay! At least you guys
now have 2 people to point to when trying to justify your latest e-bay
purchase to the significant other and say, "this last little item is
nothing, you should see what Tim and Lee bought on e-bay. They are truly
addicts."
Just as an update, I spoke with the plant manager at the place that had the
3 mills and it is looking like another one of our group members is going to
buy the 3rd machine. Maybe we can have an outing once the deal is complete.
I am sure that between Lee, myself, and the un-named 3rd member you will all
get some pretty interesting stories about bringing industrial equipment
home. My machine is suppose to be picked up by the trucker next week. Then
the fun begins.
