Standard listing at the bottom of a message

I was talking to Mariss and discovered something I never realized. I have
always gotten the list via e-mail and there is always the following message
at the bottom of every post:

Well, it never occurred to me, but in discussing how to find the FAQ page
Mariss told me he reads the list from the web and has never seen this
message. So, for all you web access people the link above is how you get to
the FAQ page and from the FAQ page you can go to the new links page (down as
Bill's links at the bottom of the FAQ) and add your links also.
