Where to buy a servo (inexpensively)...

Group,
I need a servo motor. Specs are off the old Baldor motor.
650 oz in. 2500 max rpm. 150 VDC max. Tachometer and 1000 line
encoder.
My Y-axis motor went south (most likely got coolant in it). The
machine's control maker has new motors for $760, ready to bolt in.
Except they're out of stock until 9-25. The price isn't too
outrageous since it gets you back up making money right away.
If I can find an equivalent for a good price I might go that route.
Even if I'd have to spend a little effort soldering the connections
for the cable.
In the past whenever I've had a bad servo I've had one overnighted
from the dealer and was running again within 24 hours. This time I
don't have that option. My other option is to buy a rebuilt motor
with correct cabling from a CNC repair outfit, but they want quite a
bit more for the rebuilt than a new one costs!!!
thanks,
Doug
