William Scalione's VB DRO program

I lost the link to this program in a nasty computer accident. Could you
post again? Is the source available? I've been doing VB programing for a
few years, my application for the DRO board and program is a bit off. Am
working with a couple of interferometers, one linear, one an original
angular type. The angular one has a pretty strange non-linearity in it, and
will need a LUT to make it work right. The linear one needs to be
compensated for temperature and humidity.
They have basic sensitivity of about 0.33 micron, and I'm experimenting with
diode laser sources. The stability may be difficult to achieve, compared
with the usual HeNe lasers, but they are very convenient.
