I have not yet seen a USB based PC controller. Anybody know of one? What are the performance characteristics of the USB, as opposed to parallel or serial port controllers? Is this a practical approach to take for machine control?
Also one comment about the Vector Cad-only offer. It does work with Vfontz, and Vector can then export 3D DXF files with machinable tool paths for engraving tru-type letters with a V tipped cutter.
