The error is about half way through a 500+ kb file, so that could be the
reason.
Do you have a email address for Otto?

Didn't think of that one, now blanked out the spaces, but as machining a
very organic surface, am stuck on G0 + G01 . I assume u mean to try to
put as much as possible in G02 + G03 and canned cycles, is this correct?

I have also loosened the machining (chordal) tolerance, but finish is
beginning to suffer, so have reached the limits of that one.

The older version of Maxnc had a 256K max file size. I believe the newer
version is unlimited but call Otto at Maxnc to be sure.
