Hardinge HLV-H

It looks as if I am about to acquire a Hardinge hlv-h lathe as partial
payment for an airplane that I am selling. I went over and checked it
out yesterday. There are some missing pieces. For one the feed motor is
missing from the apron along with its' control panel(I assume that was
in the box on the tailstock end with all of the wires). Is that the only
means of power feed on this lathe? Also the feed engagement lever and
housing is missing for the z axis. The collet closer is not there and an
oiler system on the carriage. My question: is this a prime candidate for
a cnc conversion or would I be better off trying to find those missing
parts somewhere? I just finished a cnc conversion on one of my South
Bend lathes and am busy making parts with it. This looks like it would
make a great machine. Anyone converted one of these? Anyone have a
source of used parts to restore it?
I opened up the power panel to take a look. It appears that everything
is there. There is a ton of stuff in there. Relays and switches
everywhere. Fortunately there was also a schematic in the door.
