$120 motors ( got a deal on 2, I always have to get more than I'll ever use
for some reason, pak-rat instinct?? )
$120 3 80uF caps and a 30A DPDT contactor (shippings free from grainger)
$ 80 Home Depot metal box and misc wire, BUSS bars.
$ 10 6 Start caps from www.meci.com

I have extra switches & fuses/holders from the original Mill controls.

Its easily $400 bucks, but it will be a ~10 HP rig when
done & I'm having fun so far.
