William when you epoxy paint aluminum using an acid etch of any kind you
must anodine first then prime it then put on the color. no prime no sticky .
I have 35+ years as a custom auto painter and sheet metal work steel and
aluminum . 6 months attemting to learn cad/cam i have a shoptask loaded with
all the goodies.
I am getting ready to start a new project shortley (soon as divorce is
finalized) it will be a custom one off hand formed aluminum body with a
removable carbon fiber top-with all machined and polished aluminum
suspension-components and lots more.- Dan (carbuilder) Pascoe-- Original
