These motors will be restricted to lower speeds (all other things
being equal). The higher voltage motors generally have more turns
of thinner wire. They get the same number of amp-turns that way,
but the inductance goes up as the SQUARE of the number of turns!
So, roughly, a 2 x higher voltage means 4 x SLOWER!
