Bernard,

This S/W is probably derived from the mondriaan plotter control
(orig. written in pascal) for the Elektor Electronics build it
yourself plotter. The original author wrote some basic code to drive
it. Response was tremendous! Elektor held a contest to build better
s/w(for them to sell w/ plans-still available BTW) A dutch Teen won
with s/w called mondriaan. (after the painter)

Early in my CNC quest I tried to follow this lead... He was willing
to come to the USA (I just had to pay $2500!) and work on a three
axis version. But it had to be before his "2 years duty to his
country" Service.

A lot of the Dutch/German low-cost CNC stuff is derived from this
article and software. They seem to have embraced HPGL to a much
greater degree than us. A good place for this sort of stuff(for
us english speaking sorts) is:

P.S.
On the website you posted is a program called contour2. This will do
the "outline" for milling PC bds!
