Disposing of Cutting Oils

Hi All.

It's time I changed the soluble oil in my mill and lathe - Going to try one
of the neat fluids.
Question is, what do I do with some eight imperial gallons of the old stuff ?
Pouring it down the drain is NOT an option, and the local oil bank isn't going
to like it. So is there an alternative ?
