Hi,
You might try salt or freezing to kill the emulsion. If you can separate the stuff then burning the oil in a good burner may be an
option. The real trick is to separate the water. If you have unmixed stuff then it should blend with number one diesel (stove oil )
as in heating oil and can be disposed of that way. The emulsifier will also burn OK.
