OOPS! Well, I haven't really done that much with a file on the
spindle. I did "chase" it with fine sandpaper, and wiped it clean. The
3/8" end mill adapter looks fine! It's the chuck adapter that was poor,
it's OK now, I more or less used it for practice. Would a thread dye
(sp) help? How DOES one clean up this class of close-fit threads?
