How come no one has had a hissyfit when Dan Mauch offers his 'how to
make an edm' booklet for $45.

No one says the whole world has to give away all their effort to GPL.
John has written a booklet some may find usefull. If you dont think its
usefull, dont buy one, but dont knock someone else for taking the time
to write a booklet then trying to sell it.

This list has not been into attacking someone for their work since that
Hoyt guy left. Lets dont start it now.
