Thanks...that opened real well.....now if I can only figure out what's what in th drawing?

It looks like you have four thrust bearings (the inner bearings having the same OD as the ID of the outer bearings) with two methods of "trapping" them.

In method "A" it appears the outer bearings aren't trapped at all....unless you have some other components not shown.

If that is correct, my next question would be why so many bearings when one would suffice?

Unfortunately, .BMP is an uncompressed file format. For line drawings,
.GIF is lossless, and gives a miniscule file size. I've taken the liberty
of saving your drawing as a .GIF and uploading it. It is an 18k file. GIF
is natively viewable in all browsers (well, except maybe for Lynx... :-)
