Really depends on how well you fixture the material. If conditions are
right, I would use a single flute down spiral carbide bit running about 8 to
10000 RPM. Single flute to give chip clearance. Down spiral to leave no fuzz
on top of part. 8 to 10000 rpm to prevent burning. Travel would be as fast as
