Finally got a look at your machine. Did you build the whole thing from scratch? It looks GREAT!

What do you make with the laminates? I use that stuff as well as some epoxy impregnated cactus wood for knife handles. BTW...you can get ANY kind of wood you want epoxy impregnated. The process forces the epoxy completely through the wood using hydraulic pressure befopre the epoxy is cured.

Thank you, Peter! And, no, I do NOT squirt any liquids on THIS one! It is
"dry, only", used for (very-) hard-wood turning. Actually,
phenolic-laminated wood, known by the trade-name "Dymondwood" or "Pakkawood".
I SOMEtimes use "exotics" such as Gabon ebony, or rosewoods, of which there
are several, all "different". It's a fun-hobby!
