Why did this list forget who i am

I got off the net for a while and got back on and now the list
recognizes me as my email address only and dropped my name. I
checked my profile and nothing changed....When i had trouble in the
past with not being able to post messages i sent several emails to
the egroup tech support and never got any replys, so i did not bother
this time. Also my screen shows that i have not read any messages
(you know how they change colors after you read them).

When i go to egroups i automaticaly get recognized like i used to but
by email address only.
