They make ACME screws way larger than 3/4" ! I'd have to look in the
catalog, but I THINK 2" dia x 1/2" pitch? Ball-screws on up to 4" dia? Not
sure. They have a big ol' informative catalog. Decent quality. I have
spent $thousands with them in the last two decades.
