Thanks all for the initial thoughts, am printing now and will let dad
look them over when he gets back. The reason I posted the question was,
it dawned on me that the power supply is the only thing that has been
constant since I left the stock MAX drivers and went step/direction.
Have tried 3 different computers, 2 different drivers, 2 different
brand/size motors, and two software programs.
We will scope out the capacitor, and try the other things mentioned.
Yes, we are using one PS for all three motors.
Any thoughts on isolating cross-talk between drivers?
