taig conversion

I picked up a taig mill for a song and I'd like to try my hand at CNC. I
already have a driver board and stepper motors. Has anyone on the list
converted one without using the Taig mounts? Taig was not very helpful in
my requests for information. They wouldn't even sell me a manual for the mill!

I have access to a larger mill/drill if I need to make parts.

Any help/drawings would be greatly appreciated.
