Hello List, We now have 142 members signed up.
I am having problems with one member than can't read the digest. I have
inclosed a copy of his letter, would someone that is more computer literate,
please send comments/suggestions direct to me, and I will forward them to him.
No matter how he tries to open the files he gets all kinds of what is
apparently formatting information. Please help!!!

Bill,
I haven't yet heard back from ONELIST so below is what I've tried so far:
When I try to open the digest it doesnt matter what text editor I try. If the
file doesn't open automatically or give me a preffered choice of formatt I
always try DOS-text and Windows-text (both are ASCII) first.
So far I've tried to open with WordPerfect with no luck. Then I tried Win 3.1
Notepad, said the file was too large. Finally I installed my Win 95 drive and
tried W.95 Wordpad, same lousy results. In all cases I first tried
ASCII/DOS-text/Windows-text, and I've also tried some other formats, as I
said, no luck.
This is extremely frustrating. I hate to just give up and not have the
CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO list available to me but I don't know that their's much else
I can do.
Please send suggestions to Wanliker@...
Thank You,
bill
