You describe the RESULT of the capacitors' activities...
In actuality, isn't it just TAKING WHATEVER "stuff" that comes its'
way, and "feeding" ANY hungry mouth that latches on...? Sometimes
even trying to give more than it HAS(available) to give?
Far from "centered",
I'd say its a first-class co-dependant ENABLER!
