Yup, you'll get a manual, but it is barely a start on learning how
to use all the features. I think it is laziness that causes them to
have all the really good information only on video, not in a printed
manual. But, the price on the video was a bit high for me.
(I take this info from my experience with the Version 16.1)

Jon, My software was supposed to be delivered today but it is a little late
for UPS at 7:30 at nite. I will check out my CARE package in the morning when
it arrives and I will share what I found inside.
