For on-line info on belts/pulleys, try:

I used to order from Stock Drive Products a fair bit, but now try to
go direct to the mfrs'. The printed info is useful still... And they
are a 'one stop shop'.
Also try to get a boston gear or Gates belt catalog. An industrial
distributor should be able to give/get you these.
