Hi All:
I have just posted the very "alpha" Beta version of Master5 on my web page. I'd like to hear of your experiences with it.
Specs: NIST- 3-axis G-code Interpreter. (4-axis soon)
Tool Radius Offset.
4-th axis is linear at the moment, but will be changed to angular.
Keyboard Jogging. (very smooth)
pos/neg pulsing.
Backlash compensation.
Real-time to 8192hz on all 4-axis.
Ramped curves.
Ramped g0 g1 curves( curves made of many small lines)
ToolPath display in 3d. ( very early version so far)
Progress bar on DRO for job maximums.
Auto power-off at job completion
......etc.etc..etc...
http://users.andara.com/~fenerty/master.html
Good luck, Hopefully the bugs can be worked out quickly. Works good for me so far....
