Knocking out a broken tap

Hi Lee:
Drill it out with a carbide drill.
I have drilled out a lot of broken taps this way.
This is a toolroom with 2 sinker EDM's.
EDM is so painfully slow.
A carbide drill will pop it out faster than you can get the block onto the
EDM and pick up the hole.
Cheers
