SPAM RECIEVED ON CAD_CAM_EDM_DRP LIST from a banned individual???

The attachment included is Spam received on the CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO LIST.
This is the second time this individual has spammed us, he was banned after
the first time, and is still on the banned list, but somehow he was able to
get by the banned address and repost more Spam. He has been added to the
banned list again today.
Please insure that this individual can't post more SPAM on our list in the
future.
