Hello Joe,
Take the oldest one first, it isn't such a big deal.
Start from the glas side and don't force anything and don't hurry..
As long as the shaft isn't worn its normally done with a good cleaning.
Use fine sewing machine oil (I use ESSO Spinesso 10) that doesn't gum
up at all. (never use PW40 - in a couple of weeks the indicator will be blocked.)
The most important issue is that the two sprockets that run on the shaft, have to be
tensioned against each another again. One has a spiral spring like in a clock.
Its sprocket has to be turned about a quarter turn so that the spring shrinks.
The spring never should be widened up.
Most important tools: A clean table and floor (because something might fly away), tissue paper, watchmakers screwdriver and a couple
of tweezers, good light and patience.
