It doesn't matter, because there is no movement. You have specified
an arc move starting from X0 Y0, and ending at X0 Y0, with a center
.5 units from X0 Y0. Where can't be calculated, because there is no
distance between the start and end. The start and end have to be
different for the center to be calculated. Assuming a reasonable radius,
a unique center point should be defined when the start and end points
are different. Remember that there are different arc move commands for
CW and CCW directions, which helps resolve the location of the center
point.
