Dan,
EMC supports these codes:

G0, G1,G2,G3,G80,G81,G82,G83,G84,G85,G86,G87,G88,G89
G17,G18,G19
G90,G91
G93,G94
G20,G21
G40,G41,G42
G43,G49
G98,G99
G54,G55,G56,G57,G58,G59,G59.1,G59.3

M26,M27
M0,M1,M2,M30,M60
M6
M3,M4,M5
M7,M8,M9
M48,M49

Their implementation of these codes is in the documentation that is on the
FTP site. (RS274ngc.doc)

Maxnc Deluxe supports these codes:
G0, G1,G2,G3,G12,G13,G40,G41,G42,G43,G49,G61,G81,G82,G83,G84,G85,G86,G90
G91,G92
M30,M0,M2,M3,M5,M6,M1,M99.

The only reason that I would entertain the idea is because it is something
that Dan Mauch is already doing successfully and he's having good luck with
it. I have no idea what the performance would be, compared to the
Servo-to-Go card and the analog input amps. I would love to have the
Servo-to-Go setup, but right now, I am up to my ears in stepper drives and
motors (maybe it's time to sell everything off and start over!). Anyway,
I am not advocating any particular way of doing it, I just wanted to get
some discussion going about different methods. Jon has a really cool setup
with the Nist software and servo amps that he designed and built himself.
Check it out on his website.

Thanks,
