Hello All, just got home from the Cabin Fever trip, enjoyed myself very much,
met several on the list, so could put faces to the names, but with my memory
can't remember the names....
I want to thank Tim for the help in the transition to yahoo while I was gone.
I had my own problems getting signed back up, as I had joined yahoo several
years ago, and forgot both the name and the password, but finally got it all
set up.
As to moving from yahoo, I have discussed this with Tim, and it was pretty
much decided we will stay there. There are a very large number of places
that have links pointing at this list, and I don't want to lose them. It
also seems that about half want the list on email, and half on the web. If
we go with something besides yahoo, I feel that we will lose more than we
will gain. If someone hosts the list, what happens when there is a
disruption in the guys life, or gets tired of the work involved?
