Look for a program called Geargen at
http://www.chesapk.com/chesapk/fileid.html

It will produce a gear or a tooth form either as a DXF or a G code.
Be warned though that it generates these as small lines and not arcs
so they are quite large files.
If you are looking for standard 20 degree gear profiles made up od
arcs email me off list - machines at ntlworld.com
