Check out the "files" section from the list main page. This contains many links to member's work.
So far as I know there is not a website that describes "how to" in detail from start to finish.
But many of them will give you most of what you need to know.
Also go to www.metalworking.com and find the tutorial "Jones on stepping motors". Read that for a couple of weeks till it sinks in.

I kept a copy on the potty for about six months.
