I WAS on a list where it turned out the moderator want the others to be
quiet!
Turns out the moderator wouldn't accept my experience and training as worth
listening to.
Since I was not running a high priced corporation with numerous employees,
the moderator
flat out told me my posts were lies, my thirty plus years of industrial
experience & my college
education were worthless. And the college instructor I learned from (who
had about 40 years
of on the job experience before becoming an instructor) didn't know what he
was talking about either!

I'm sure everyone realizes there are many ways to perform any particular
task. Unfortunately, that other moderator hasn't the good sense to realize
this. Fortunately, we don't have that problem here.

I'm sure I'm not ALWAYS right and there probably are better ways to do
things than the way I do them, but at least here, everyone can post answers
based on knowledge and experience and let the READERS decide what's right
FOR THE READER!

Uh....no...I'm not on that "quiet" list anymore.
