Don't know if you guy's have tried it but http://www.freetradezone.com is
pretty good for finding semiconductors. It allows you to search by all
sorts of parameters and then compares them for you. Links to manufacturers
data sheets are included. You do need to register and get a password but
that is not too arduous. Head for the design centre once you are logged in.
