Try http://www.findchips.com and enter: 2998

right at the bottom, Newark has the UDN2998W from Allegro Microsystems
at $6.03 Better be quick - they only have 761 in stock :)

I use findchips.com all the time. Its a great place to look, sometimes there
are also datasheets right there.
