Power Supply for Camtronics 5 Amp Board (3 Axis)

Can anyone recomend a powersupply (pref something that I can purchase
complete) for driving the camtronics board? I plan on getting some
steppers for my griz minimill. I dont mind spending 20-40 USD for a
unit that I can just bolt in the case.
