of the century.
Levin lathes are considered among the best made and any usable
version will often bring over $1000 on eBay. A used instrument
style lathe like the one pictured on the front page of their
web site would be worth several times that. Most Levin lathes
use 10 MM collets, enough bigger than WW collets to be really
useful, and Levin offered many accessories like lever style
collet closers, bed turrets, and radius turners.
