After looking at the description on the web site I get a bit confused:

First it shows numerous 3D shapes which the program will cut.
Then it goes on to say it will IGNORE 3D shapes, splines and text.

So...If I have a bas relief design I want to wrap on a curved surface, how
the #@$@$ is it supposed to generate the gcode since it ignores 3D shapes?

[My guess would be that you have to use your CAD program to generate a
series of appropriately spaced parallel polylines which would become the
toolpath once joined together, and import that into MillWrite. If that
seems like too much hassle, try using a program that supports 3d meshes,
(like MillWizard, which is also a lot cheaper.)]
