The GE Mark Century One series, the Fagor, and the Aurki are all the same
control and yes they are exremely user friendly, one of the most user
friendly controls that I have ever worked with and also quite reliable
however as you have discovered, slow.

The controls were originally made in Spain by a company called Aurki and may
still be. When GE formed their alliance with FANUC several years ago they,
of course, had to go with FANUC so Fagor took over the importing and
marketing of the Aurki control.
