Duron with Solid Works

I just built a new Duron 850 system that runs great with all the
software I have used so far except Solid Works.
It installs fine, it starts fine, but when you try to open a file or
start a new file it just hangs the system indefinately.

This is the only software I have had a problem with.
I have been very dissapointed with their technical support. It is
almost impossible to contact them, then they send you off to your
"local reseller" who don't know squat!

Any advice?
