EMC BDI CD and distribution idea.

I would very much like to have a copy of the CD when it becomes available
via mail.

Also, here's an idea that has worked well for a Ham Radio email list CD
distribution. Several list members in different areas of the country that
were equipped with CDROM burners volunteered to be "distribution" points.
You sent the one closest to you either a ten dollar bill with an address
label or a blank writable CDrom with a self addressed mailer and two
dollars. The volunteers burned the roms and returned them. This saved a
lot of time in shipping to most areas and spread the task out.

BTW, what is Names and where and when is it held.
