Couple of quick comments:
1 - You need to include the file inpout32.dll with the project as it is not
a windows intrinsic.
2 - For some reason the file that downloads is a .tgz not a zip. Some people
might not have a decompression program that handles it.
3 - You don't need to include the .frx or the .vbw files. They are
regenerated automagically.
