I checked out the link. Interesting!

According to Bruce Roberts (www.bruce-roberts.com), assembly of his kits is
straightforward and dosen't involve too much machine bending. The CNC files
he sells include alignment marks to facilitate assembly. It looks pretty easy
until you have to plate he hull. Then you have to work with some large pieces
of plate and handling them looks like some work.

There are some links on his web site to pages where builders have cut the
pieces by hand with a plasma cutter using full size paper patterns. Aparrently
this approach works fine except that it takes a *lot* of labor!
